Zapier Training with DAVID MERCER

I am new to Zapier and was having difficulty linking my Stripe Software with QuickBooks Online. David was able to review what I had done quickly and point out the errors I had made. Within 20 minutes we had the problem solved.

I am not a tech guy but I was leaning on Zapier for its efficiencies. I played around with connecting my Monday app with positive initial results. Suddenly, I hit a road block. I was apprehensive about asking for help, because I didn't want to get a ton of information that I didn't need. I was recommended David with MercOlogy and he provided the PERFECT amount of information and guidance to eliminate the stress points I was experiencing. His patience and knowledge was just what I needed. Now I know that if ever I hit another road block, I am going straight to MercOlogy for the solution.

I reached out to David Mercer via the Zapier help desk. He contacted me and guided me through my zap issue. I am a lawyer with limited tech background and not only did he show me what to do he explained why I was doing it (which makes future edits easier to do myself).
