needed help with a misbehaving zap

David was very professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me fix the problem that was driving me crazy in 5 minutes and clearly his fund of knowledge in zapier and customizing solutions ran very deep. Would recommend him to anyone needing expertise in this area.
