David was phenomenal to work with. Not only is he friendly and attentive to detail, but I needed help with a series of complicated zaps and he went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed and to implement the most effective way to achieve the results I was desiring. He remained available throughout the entire process for any and all questions that I had - even scheduling additional meetings to run through them with me in more depth. David was super patient and easy to work with. He was creative in coming up with solutions - even when Zapier's own rules weren't the most clear. I spoke with another agency a week ago who weren't able to give me anything to work off of to remedy a sudden issue I was having with a critical sheet, and David was able to provide tangible suggestions on how to move forward. He also clearly has a lot of experience with GSheets, which was great for us as we quite savvy GSheet users as well.
