As an attorney I'm not the most tech saavy when it comes to building out workflows on zapier but David was able to walk me through how to upgrade my existing zaps and build out workflows to serve both my english and spanish speaking clients. We were able to hop on a zoom call, share screen, and he walked me through how to do everything I needed. I highly recommend David to anyone needing some help with building out their workflows using zapier!

Our company has a very complex process, multiple steps and decision points, and various different software. David has spent a lot of time learning our process and coming up with the best solutions. I contacted Dave Mercer as soon as we recognized there was a problem. Dave responded very promptly and found out that it was an internal problem and that Zapier was working on it. Fortunately the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
