I tried to do build the Zap on my own, but ran into challenges I could not resolve. So I turned to MercOlogy who was able to build a daily process to import Outlook CSV Attachments into Excel and Lawmatics. This has saved us countless hours.

David built a Zap to take a daily .csv file from an email attachment, append the data to a master file, then send it to our CRM. I tried to do this, however struggled to make it work correctly. After a short call with David and a couple of emails about the mappings, he was able to build exactly what we needed efficiently and provided a video with how the zap works for our reference. Will definitely hire again!
