I am an independent automation consultant based in Lisbon, and most teams come to me when their forms, surveys, CRM and inbox have grown into a patchwork of manual steps that someone has to look after every week. I usually start by mapping where the time is going before I build anything, as the process people flag first is rarely the one costing them the most, and in some cases I will suggest retiring a step completely.
For Netvvrk, a coaching platform, I built a Zapier, Airtable and SendGrid pipeline that handles 50 to 60 personalised career assessments per cycle. Scores are calculated across 4 variants, PDFs are generated and filed in Google Drive, and 8 versions of the results email go out with zero manual sends, so around 80% of the workflow now runs on its own while staff review anything that needs a human eye in an Airtable interface.
I spent five years at Qualtrics in senior implementation and operations roles, so a lot of my work sits where survey and form data needs to reach a CRM, a database or a report without anyone exporting a CSV. Alongside Zapier I work with Airtable, Typeform, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SendGrid, PDFMonkey and the OpenAI and Claude APIs, and I add AI steps where they save time on things like summarising open-text responses or generating documents.
