Grey8 is an engineering firm in Hyderabad, India that builds AI and automation into real business workflows - connecting the tools a team already uses, removing the manual copying between them, and making every result traceable back to where it came from.

We work remotely with clients in the US, UK and Europe, the Middle East and Singapore, with most of the working day overlapping.

What we do:

- Build and test the automation, including AI steps where they genuinely help

- Connect systems Zapier does not cover out of the box, through webhooks and custom code

- Hand over clean, documented workflows your team can run and change

Recent work includes a document-automation tool for a structural engineering firm, which the firm expects to cut the effort on that work by about 80%, and connectors that pull data from stores, payments, analytics and ad platforms into one place. Our founder has 25 years in software, most recently leading engineering on a real-money gaming platform handling 100 million transactions a day.

Most of what we have delivered so far is custom-built; we use Zapier where clients already run on it, so they get the same work faster.
