The process was really well managed. An initial assessment discussion led to an overview of the project and expected work product. Once this was confirmed we were assigned to a developer, Marissa, who was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Marissa was awesome -- could not have asked for a better person to work with. Once the zaps were turned on, she quickly addressed a couple of minor glitches and made sure everything was working as planned. Her documentation was great, too.
