Flywheel Technology Partners was founded and is led by Dean Valentini, an Air Force Veteran with a background in Computer, Electrical, and Flight Test Engineering and 10+ years of experience in defense, flight test, technology development & integration, and project management. After leading the technology strategy and implementation for an operator-led private equity firm acquiring and scaling industrial service businesses, Dean founded Flywheel Technology Partners.

Flywheel's mission is to help business owners take their businesses from owner-dependent chaos to truly scalable systems - we design an integrated and secure technology strategy, map processes, automate workflows, incorporate AI where appropriate, and train teams to be able to confidently run these systems and operations themselves.
