Automated tons of Shopify data admin & repetitive workflows

First they helped us solve a repetitive activity we had to do manually on Shopify (tagging customers that got promo products for free) so that we could prevent them from obtaining them again in the future.
Then they got what we wanted to do & they massively improved the overall results by rebuilding it 100%, inc. tweaking our Shopify store templates, embedding a bespoke Jotform - then automating 100% of it in the backend.
Blown away by the way they solve problems and didn't just say "yes OK"

I needed to link our new quoting platform (Quotient) with our existing CRM (Pipedrive). Without giving Andy much to go off, he quickly got to the crux of the matter and managed to prise out of me what it was we wanted from the integration.
