Andy is an automation ninja!

We have an Instagram store that we are using together with Hubspot and local e-wallet solution. We wanted to automate some of our consumer payment processes with Hubspot but there is no API for the e-wallet.
We provided Andy with our goals, and he gave us a fast solution using Zappier and few more suggestions and ideas of how we can scale up our business. We will definitely use Andy services again!
Super Helpful and a True Problem Solver

I asked Andy to help connect Ninox with Outlook Contacts to add a new contact or update an existing one should it be needed.
Because of the way we interact with customers, the initial details collected can vary substantially, Andy worked through making sure no duplicates could be created and the information was always going to be sent accordingly. During the testing of this Andy identified that Ninox was sending the information to Ninox upon each field being completed which was causing problem.
From there he created a webhook in Zapier and linked it to a button in Ninox for us to add customers to our contacts when we feel appropriate, this was a big plus for us and I am super grateful for his efforts!

Spent half an hour with Andy as he whizzed around creating a couple of Zaps for me, all the time explaining what he was doing so I could increase my own knowledge. Tested both Zaps with a successful outcome before ending the call.
Would absolutely use Andy again, and recommend him.

Great support for Klaviyo and Videoask multi-step zaps

I contacted Andy to help us to do the following:
- Created a 3 step zap with a filter that:
- Triggered based on a Video Ask
- Filtered based on whether email existed
- Found contact in Klaviyo
- Updated contact in Klaviyo with a custom property of the Video
- Created a folder in Zapier where these zaps will be grouped
- Went over the workflow you would need to take when copying the zap, and renaming it for other Video Asks.
Andy was great at explaining what needed to be done and clearly very knowledgable on Zapier. He will now be our 'Go To' guy for zapier!
