After trying to set up Zaps myself for weeks and an hour with a different "expert" who couldn't figure out what was wrong, Andy was able to quickly understand what we needed and pinpoint where we went wrong. He built 3 Zaps for us and explained them clearly enough as he did it that I was able to iterate myself when something else came up. He was super responsive (even across time zones), really thorough with testing, and eager to help us get it right even after our initial call. We will definitely plan to reach out to him again when we inevitably need his expertise!
