Outside the Box For The Win

I came to Andy with an issue that Zapier support wasn't able to assist with after trying multiple times to get help there - the Square integration no longer provided transaction fee information. Andy provided a "thinking outside the box" workaround which performs beautifully. AND he has a hotline to much better Zapier support who got involved at a higher level, responding more appropriately and escalating the underlying issue. I'll definitely work with Andy again when I need a hand with Zapier.

Andy is not your average zapier/tech guru. Andy, although very quick and good at what he does, takes the time to understand what you are ultimately trying to achieve with Zapier. He takes the time analyze this and find the triggers to select to pull the full data you need. We run a very busy but small plumbing company so efficiency and productiveness is a must and thanks to Andy my team will be saving so much time! Thank you Andy!
