Andy did the work while I was on the video chat with him, which is great because I get the chance to learn more about Zapier. Also I know exactly that the time he charges is real. :-) I've gotten charged for phantasy hours before by other people and that can be frustrating. Andy is very very fast at Zapier. Also he speaks with a Scottish accent, which makes it fun - but sometimes challenging. :-)
