Our nonprofit needed to more efficiently collect data from several different forms on our website. Courtney and her team at FTO took the time to learn about our process, asked great questions, and quickly created the perfect custom solution for us that has already set us up well to serve our clients more efficiently. Courtney was a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response and completed work. She saved me some frustration and time I would have spent trying to figure something out. It's worth having an extra set of eyes to know that I have it right!

Courtney whipped the operations of my business into shape. I used to enter data manually and kept track of active customers using magnet boards and pieces of paper. Courtney introduced me to Trello and now I can keep track of my whole process there. Courtney also included documentation on how she set up all the Zapier zaps in case I need to change anything. And she troubleshooted error messages for 30 days. Just wow! I recommend her to anyone who needs help managing processes.
