Working with start-ups, scale-ups, Government, and everything in between - we create impact and transform businesses of all sizes! Some of my past impactful projects:

  • Directly partnered with Provincial (BC Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation) and Federal Government ministries (Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada) to operationalize over $60M in grant funding programs. From 2021 to 2024 I led the comprehensive development and deployment of scalable grant program operations spanning the entire lifecycle from application intake through government reporting, leveraging Salesforce CRM architecture to manage Federal and Provincial programs end-to-end. Delivered significant cost savings by eliminating redundant SaaS subscriptions and optimizing the technology stack, while simultaneously designing and implementing an organizational data warehouse that established a unified source of truth for impact measurement and program performance analytics, enabling data-driven decision making across all operations.
  • Developed and supported several digital agencies (web development, content, digital marketing) through their analytics and attribution optimization with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager through container audits, new implementations, and establishing better lead-to-live marketing / sales attribution within CRMs (Hubspot & Salesforce). With this I have since developed and launched my own server-side tracking platform (Metrix) providing agency organizations further tracking capabilities and insights for their customers.
  • in 2024, I was directly responsible for the implementation of a sales-led GTM strategy within a SaaS organization, establishing a single-source-of-truth (SSoT) for analytics across various platforms (marketing website, Hubspot, Stripe, and internal application). Through the use of automation tools (Zapier & n8n), I harmonized marketing, sales, operations, and financial data creating an optimized foundational operation to facilitate future scalable growth.
