Poor service and unresolved mistakes

My experience was very disappointing. The work done for me mixed up two different companies, which caused mistakes and confusion. In addition, when I scheduled a meeting, the meeting link was not sent, and I felt that the issue was not handled properly or followed through to the end.
I expect someone to contact me back and take full responsibility for resolving this case.

Jay is very thorough when it comes to the details of the project. He takes the time to get to know in detail how the client wants the project to function. He is calculated, communicates well, sticks to the timeline and even goes above and beyond to find ways for the client to save money with the cost of the services the client already uses. he saved me thousands on my zap usage.
