Whenever I have an issue, no matter how convoluted or small, Connex has helped me either solve it or devise a plan. I try to be as prepared as possible because of the cost, but Paul makes it worth it. Something that would typically take days or weeks to resolve with emails back and forth takes 15 min to an hour.
