I am part of an alumni group that is attempting to update and maintain an accurate database of our 1000+ members. We utilize a Google form, google contacts, and Mailchimp to maintain our database and send out regular distributions. After moving away from automate.io due to their sunsetting, we could not get our process to work. Andres was incredibly knowledgeable and provided all the resources and support we needed to resolve the issue and get our automation back up and working.
Trouble shooting why the zap was not triggering

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing help with zapier issues. I have spent countless hours trying to trouble shoot why my zap was not firing with my squarespace website form.
