Excellent at first, but service degraded over time

We have used Connex for approximately 4 years, and heavily depended on them to help automate our accounting practice. The first year they were great; very responsive, knowledgeable, etc. After this, things slowly declined.
Cut to this year, and they refused to fix their own mistakes (which they did admit to); they changed their business model and support structure without giving us any advance notice and refused to answer emails without persistent nagging. We won't be back.
