I’ve been building systems and automations for small businesses since 2013. Most of my Zapier work connects tools like Xero for accounting, Google Sheets for reporting, and SignNow for contracts. I’m also an Ontraport Certified Expert, so if that’s your CRM, I know it inside out.

How I work

1. Free intro call. We talk through your tools, your process, and what’s eating your time.
2. Map it first. I ask what the system is trying to do, what data needs to move, and where things break or get missed.
3. Build and test. I build Zaps around your real workflow, not a generic template, and test them before handoff.
4. Keep it running. Businesses change, and so should their automations. I offer ongoing support by retainer or hourly, so your Zaps keep doing what you need.
