I'm the consultant businesses bring in when an automation problem is hard—the build that's stalled, the workflow no one in-house can untangle, the integration that needs more than Zapier's built-in triggers and actions.
Most of my work goes beyond no-code: Code by Zapier, Webhooks, Tables, AI-based actions, and custom API integrations when a project calls for it. If your problem could be solved with a quick template, I'm probably not the best fit. If it can't, that's where I do my best work. I'm also a HubSpot Solutions Partner, and often integrate Zapier with HubSpot.
I work best as a partner, not a crutch. The teams I enjoy most have capable, technical people who own the day-to-day—they bring me in for the hard problems, value an outside expert, and want to come away more self-sufficient, not more dependent on me. Give me an interesting problem and the budget to do it right, and you'll get my best work.
How I work: I offer a free 30-minute consult to discuss your problem, then I send a proposal for your project or suggest a paid discovery for anything more involved—requirements, design, and a proof of concept—so we both know what we're building before you commit.
Billing is either hourly for custom, open-ended work, or a fixed fee quoted by complexity once scope is clear.
Most projects are just me. For heavier custom builds, I have a small, trusted bench of consultants.
Once we've completed a project together, I provide hourly, as-requested consulting for established clients. I've been working with many of my clients for close to a decade!

Made my life so much easier

I needed a Zapier expert to help me figure out find/update row function in Smartsheet. I'm glad that I found Christina! Even though I'm not the best at articulating what I needed Christina was able to understand what I needed. She is very preceptive and a great listener. I appreciate that she uses Loom videos to explain things since I'm a visual learner. I now use Loom myself. I highly recommend higher Christina for your project.

I interviewed a few Zap experts and no one compared to Christina. I was looking for help to streamline my onboarding for clients and put in place a better way to screen applicants.

Christina has continually transformed my business over the past 10 years to help my business be more efficient and productive, even when working internationally. She recently built a Zap that automatically moves new contacts from my CRM to my MailChimp account. This saves me time and eliminates the need to add new subscribers to my list every month.
