I use zapier/do some techy stuff like Wedding Tech BFF, but I am WAY out of my league in comparison! They built a custom coded zap for EXACTLY what I needed. I have no doubt that I could think up any type of zap and they could make it happen. They were so generous, quick and easy to work with. I'm an automation enthusiast with an intermediate skill level in Zapier and similar tools.
