Troy saved me countless hours of head scratching and article reading. My first zap was a monster with 93 steps, including a dozen lookups, text and date transformations, branching paths, default values, split and concatenated values, etc, etc. In a few hours, Troy helped me learn and implement what would have taken days, if not weeks, on my own.
