⚡ Automation Ace

Troy was awesome to work with and talked me through the best way to set up my Zap. I was looking for a way to automatically rename uploaded photos to a Jotform and save into Google Drive which he immediately knew how to set up. Great communication back and forth throughout the process, and he talked me through the process so I can implement more on my own in the future. SO HELPFUL!

When trying to connect Zoho CRM to ActiveCampaign through Zapier using custom fields, we were stuck. Talking with Zapier support, we were told that we needed custom development done and that unfortunately Zapier wouldn't be able to be the connection for what we needed. Enter Troy. Before going "the hard route," Troy used his expertise and experience to quickly determine that we in fact COULD use Zapier so that the connection would be easy for us to manage rather than going through custom API work. Between his insights and helpful consulting, quick response time, and expert execution, Troy was a great resource and I'm grateful that we found him. (Worth mentioning that he diagnosed, prescribed, and resolved the issue before 4/6 of the candidates even responded to my first question)
