I know absolutely nothing about Zapier, but I knew what I needed done. Troy was patient, explained things in English (not tech talk) and sent me helpful links to articles that helped de-mystify the process. He worked super quick and what I needed done got done and perfectly. In almost no time at all. I will definitely return for more help from Troy if I need it.

Troy was great! He responded quickly to my job posting and began the project right away. He took the seven overly complicated (and ineffective) Zaps that I had created and condensed them down into two Zaps that actually worked. There's no way I could've done this project successfully without him. I reached out to Troy to help me with some social media automations, and from the first point of contact to the end of the project he keep the entire workflow organized and seamless. He worked with me to establish a Google Doc so that the entire project and it's workings could be documented and organized, and so that we could leave notations on the side of the doc, which was very helpful. Working with Troy from Automation Ace was a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with the excellent and helpful service in coordinating and troubleshooting my mailchimp, teachable, and squarespace accounts. He made all the necessary connections in zapier, so when a student purchases a course, they are automatically added to an audience/list in mailchimp that I can send emails to.
