• AMZ Appeal AI: an AI app that drafts Amazon seller appeals; 2,000+ appeals processed with an 87% reinstatement rate.
• Invoice approval workflow: vendor invoices from Gmail are read by AI, logged in Google Sheets, approved in Slack and posted to QuickBooks.
