Who you work with

I'm Anne Peire, founder of 10PM. London-based, working across the UK in English and French, with 15+ years in business technology and commercial leadership at Fountain, Soldo and Verizon. You work directly with me, from understanding the problem to implementation and handover.

I use Zapier where it fits the process, with human review where decisions or communications need judgement. I also build bespoke apps, PWAs and client portals for internal teams, customers or both.

Business first, then the build

Bring a specific idea or a wider operational challenge. I first explore how your business works, what you want to achieve and your team's preferences. We check whether the proposed automation solves the right problem before agreeing a build.

1. Free 15-minute introduction: discuss the challenge and agree the appropriate next step.
2. Understand and prioritise: for a broader review, the Time Leak Audit starts from £950. A focused project still includes discovery, proportionate to its scope.
3. Design and agree: check tools, access and feasibility; agree the workflow, scope and price. Process Design and Implementation are separately scoped and priced.
4. Build and hand over: test the agreed solution, document it and help your team use it.

• Premium Paye: the founder reports admin falling from around 12 hours in a busy month with onboarding to under one hour a month, across invoicing, direct debits and onboarding.
