Incredible Experience
Sphynx Automation was referred to us by WealthBox to create an integration to export data into a spreadsheet. Due to the complexity of our request it required custom coding. The Sphynx team was nothing short of incredible. They thoroughly communicated through the entire process, went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction and handled all of our requests with urgency and excellence. I can't recommend this team highly enough!
Attention to detail, quick
I had a short timeframe, relatively small project that included creating personalized contracts for about 100 contacts, including sending notification and completion emails to all parties. There was more complexity than I first assumed, which Sphynx identified and still got it done on time. They went above and beyond to add in some additional personalized features using multiple data sources and continued to troubleshoot and update the tool as I tested and implemented. 10/10 would recommend!
IF YOU'RE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER - DON'T HESITATE
Arielle and her team were extremely professional and quick to respond! Arielle was SO knowledgeable and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give me everything I needed and made sure my integration was EXACTLY what I wanted! She was patient as she listened to me and was quick to offer suggestions even I hadn't thought of! the integration she put together will save me HUNDREDS of hours. If you are a small business owner struggling to keep up with the backend work - DON'T WAIT to contact Sphynx!
An outstanding partner for financial advisors
Sphinx has been core to streamlining my business and making it less time consuming to manage our processes. Everyone on the team is an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so glad that they are there when I need them. I work in some pretty weird programs that were new to the team and they took it in stride and built me exactly what I needed.
They make things happen!
We worked with Sphynx to build us automations and it seemed like everything we asked for they found a way to do it. Highly recommend.
