Copies a schedule template's tasks onto a project or lead you already have, starting on the date you give. A scheduled estimate meeting moves a lead along your pipeline as it does in Projul, and workers get their usual task reminders. Nothing is sent to the client.

Posts a message onto a project, task, client, or estimate in Projul. This is an internal note. It cannot send anything to a client.

Archives a client in Projul, taking them out of the active list. Reversible in the app. There is deliberately no Delete Client action: deleting a client also deletes their jobs, estimates and invoices, which is not something a Zap should do unattended.

Creates a client in Projul, or links to the one you already have. Projul matches on both names plus an email or phone, so running this on a list you have imported before will not produce duplicates. A client with only one name links only to the one client with that email whose first or last name it is; otherwise a new client is made. For a business with no person to name, fill in Company and leave both names blank.

Creates a draft purchase order in Projul for a vendor or subcontractor, numbered by your account's rules and priced by Projul from each line's quantity and unit price. Nothing is sent to the vendor. Needs the Purchase Orders feature on your Projul plan.
