Triggers when a contact texts a keyword, or a keyword is applied to a contact by you, the API, a campaign, or a form. If your account requires double opt-in, a contact who has not opted in triggers it when they opt in.

Adds one or more tags to a contact. Archived contacts are skipped.

Applies a keyword to a contact, running the keyword's actions as if the contact had texted it.

Creates a new contact. Use Find or Create Contact instead if the contact might already exist. Fails if an archived contact has the phone number.

Finds a contact by phone number, email address, or contact ID, or creates one if none is found. Fails if an archived contact has the phone number; unarchive it in Project Broadcast first.

Triggers when a contact submits a form. A form with a keyword also triggers Keyword Applied, in either order.

Adds a contact to a campaign, which schedules the campaign's messages for them.

Archives a contact. Archived contacts can't be sent messages or emails, and their incoming messages are rejected, until they're unarchived.

Removes a contact from a campaign and cancels the campaign's scheduled messages to them.

Sends a text, picture message, voicemail drop, or email template to a contact. It shows in your chat with the contact.

Updates an existing contact, found by phone number, email address, or contact ID. Fields left empty keep their current values.

Finds up to 100 contacts by tag and archived status.
