Or create an event series calendar in Google so each new event date or key execution date on the calendar creates an action item in Workboard so you can coordinate and collaborate on all the work, creative and deliverables.

More-than-pro tip: You can even trick out this zap to append "Prepare for" in front of the meeting name when it posts on Workboard or "key milestone" in front of the project or deal calendar event.
