When a contact is added or updated within ZohoCRM, this Zap will automatically add or update the contact within a Dimensions contact directory. This ensures that the chosen contact directory within Dimensions is kept easily up to date, without any manual data entry. The additional detail held against the phone number(s) is available within historical reports, on real-time dashboards, and provided to handsets/clients where enabled.
