Issue CertFusion certificates for new Livestorm webinar attendees

After a Livestorm session, the attendance data is right there—but converting it into individual certificates still means an export and a manual merge. This Zap creates a CertFusion recipient for every new Livestorm attendee and issues their certificate as soon as they're recorded as having attended. Their name and email come straight from the registration. Attendees get their certificate of attendance automatically, and you never open a spreadsheet.
