Create Smokeball matters with memos and attached documents for new finalized CabRank matters

Engagement paperwork left sitting in an inbox is paperwork nobody can find six weeks later. With this Zap in place, every new matter finalized in CabRank automatically builds out a complete Smokeball file: a person contact for the client, the matter itself, a memo holding the inquiry summary and court details, and both the client instruction sheet and the costs agreement uploaded onto the file.
