Find multiple records (up to 10) by field match or SmartSuite search syntax. Records are returned as Line Items.

Triggers when a document is parsed (new or old document).

Imports a document into the inbox, waits for parsing to complete, and returns the extracted data — all in a single step. A document can be a file, text, or external URL. ZIP files are not supported. If parsing exceeds 60s, the action returns with parsing_in_progress: true and the data can be retrieved later via the Document Parsed trigger.

Find a SmartSuite Record by field match or SmartSuite search syntax.

Update a existing record.

Imports a document and returns its ID immediately, without waiting for parsing to complete. Use the Document Parsed trigger to retrieve the extracted data once ready. For most use cases, the 'Extract Data From a Document' action is recommended as it returns parsed data in a single step.
