Gemini Enterprise + Zapier

How it works

Bring the apps your company runs on into Gemini Enterprise. Zapier is a data store in Gemini Enterprise, so one connection lets Gemini search, discover, and read your Zapier content, actions, and skills across 9,000+ apps through Zapier MCP. You create the token Gemini uses, and regenerating it in Zapier cuts off access straight away.

How to set up Zapier in Gemini Enterprise

  1. Step 1

Select Gemini Enterprise in Zapier MCP

Go to mcp.zapier.com and click Add MCP server. Under Choose your AI agent, search for "Gemini Enterprise" and select Gemini Enterprise.
  2. Step 2

    Generate and copy your token

In the Connect to Gemini Enterprise dialog box, click Generate token, then click the copy icon. Zapier shows the token only once, so keep it somewhere safe.
  3. Step 3

Create a Zapier data store in Google Cloud

You need the Discovery Engine Editor role for this step. In the Google Cloud console, open the Gemini Enterprise page, click Data stores, then click Create data store. Search for "Zapier", click Select, and paste your token in the Zapier MCP Token field. Under Entities to search, select Actions, finish the remaining sections, and click Create.
  4. Step 4

Connect the data store to your app

When the data store shows Active, click Apps, select your app, and click Connected data sources. Click Add existing data stores, choose your Zapier data store, and click Connect.
  5. Step 5

Authorize Zapier and ask a first question

Open your app's web app, select Manage your data, and sign in to your Zapier account to authorize Gemini Enterprise. Then ask Gemini about one of your apps, such as "Which Zapier actions do I have for Slack?"
