Aloha! Left Hook is a boutique consulting firm that's made it our mission to help software companies and their end users/customers integrate better. Our claim to fame is being Zapier's first Solution Partner (https://docs.zapier.com/platform/quickstart/app-developer-services#featured-solution-partners). We've helped companies from startup ideas to multi-national conglomerates to Zapier themselves; essentially, if it touches an API, we're interested in helping out.

What we excel at is understanding your specific bottlenecks, complications, and pain points, then finding the right solution. Like an auto mechanic who can tap on the engine with a wrench to know theirs a hairline fracture in one of the 40 different moving parts, we do the same with your workflows and integrations. Sometimes the diagnostic lights (I.e. your error logs) are helpful. Other times, you can't make heads or tail of them. That's where we come in.

Our approach is partnership and consultative teaching. We prefer to enable teams to think strategically about their workflow automation and AI use. We learn your business or organization, get you set up (either done for you or done with you), and we offer ongoing support. That support can be the form of just keeping the engine running. Or it can be iterating over time. Or it can be as coach/teacher.
