I had a short timeframe, relatively small project that included creating personalized contracts for about 100 contacts, including sending notification and completion emails to all parties. There was more complexity than I first assumed, which Sphynx identified and still got it done on time. They went above and beyond to add in some additional personalized features using multiple data sources and continued to troubleshoot and update the tool as I tested and implemented. 10/10 would recommend!
