Upload images from new Sociocs messages to Microsoft OneDrive

There are times when you receive images with Sociocs messages that you would like to save in a separate storage system for future reference. This involves multiple steps to identify the image, generate a random name, and save with a correct extension. This template will save you time. Once it's active, whenever you receive a new Sociocs message with an image URL, it will be uploaded to OneDrive automatically.
