If you use Gmail, then activate this Zapier template to send an automated email to the person who responded to your Evalinator assessment. Be sure to edit the content of the email (body, subject line, and the from address), and include the URL to your assessment where they can authenticate and view their results.

Note: If you have an email automation system set up (e.g. Mailchimp), then the best practice is that you should send the respondent's information to that system, and schedule an auto-responder email to your respondents from there. That keeps all customer related communications in one place. You can even move your respondents to a nurturing email sequence that you can set up in your email automation system.
