It's easy to lose track of insights that need attention as we juggle priorities. This integration checks that a Jepto insight created from an anomaly is resolved within 24 hours and, if not, sends an email follow-up through Gmail as a reminder. It can be refined to only trigger in particular clients to meet service level agreements or business critical metrics.
