Add Toky calls as contact notes in ActiveCampaign so your agents will always have every contact with your customers in one place. This Toky-ActiveCampaign integration will keep your ActiveCampaign contacts history with data for every inbound or outbound call made.

Note: The customer's phone number must exist in Toky's Directory. A previous synchronization is recommended.

How this Toky- ActiveCampaign integration works

  1. A call is made or received in Toky and the phone number exists in Toky's Directory
  2. ActiveCampaign finds the contact Id using the email address associated to the customer in Toky's Directory.
  3. ActiveCampaigns add a Note with calls data with the Contact Id
