Send chat messages to Plek groups for new TOPdesk incidents

When a new incident is created in TopDesk, a chat message will be sent to a group in Plek. Make sure you select the Plek group you want to send the chat message to. Feel free to edit the message by adding or removing fields. You can reduce the number of messages by setting up additional filtering.
