When you manage invoices across multiple platforms, it can become easy to misplace crucial information. If you handle all of your venue's invoicing through Xero, ensure paid Optix invoices are automatically copied over into your Xero account. As soon as an Optix user pays their invoice, this integration will automatically mark the duplicate Xero invoice as "paid" so you can be sure your account stays up to date.

Note: This Zapier integration doesn't create invoices from previously paid Optix invoices, only invoices that a users pays for after you've set up the integration.
