When a contacts replies to an email sequence sent with Datananas, and the reply is categorized as either "positive" or "wrong contact", a new contact is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This zap helps you move qualified leads that engaged a conversation in Datananas to your CRM to follow-up.
