Send texts via ChatArchitect.com for WhatsApp for new loan state changes in Paygee
When there is a loan state change (i.e. when a customer is late for a payment, incurs penalties, defaults or goes back into a good status) in Paygee, a text will be sent via ChatArchitect.com for WhatsApp. The content of the message can be customized and sent to a sales agent (as a task) or customer (as a payment reminder).

As well triggers for events that don't change state on server side but could be interesting to set up a custom workflow, e.g. 'days_late' will get triggered at least once a day when the loan has delays in payment. How many days late is included in the payload as field 'days_late'. An example workflow that should be triggered on 5 days late, would filter on state='days_late' AND payload.days_late='5'.
