Assign a supervisor using their ID (first column on the administrator list page). Defaults to the supervisor of the employee's plan.

Assign a buddy using their ID (first column on the administrator list page). Defaults to the buddy of the employee's plan.

Specify a Push Notification ID (first column on the push notifications page) to immediately send an invitation to the employee. The "active" field must be set to "true" and the employee's contact info must match the delivery method of the push notification.
