This integration enables you to keep your APPLICA account synchronized with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account so that when you add a new contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, it will be automatically added as a new contact in your APPLICA account.

Note: This Zapier integration automatically adds new contacts starting after you've set up the integration, but it does not import prior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM contacts into your APPLICA account. Past contacts can be easily uploaded in your APPLICA Dashboard as a file or batch.
