When a signer says no, the sooner someone follows up, the better the chance of saving the deal. This automation posts to the Slack channel you pick whenever a recipient declines a new zsign envelope, with the document name and the reason they gave.

Note: Choose the channel during setup. The reason only appears if the signer entered one.
